FirmLogic provides business software development services and related products. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our professional services, information products, and goods available at firmlogic.pro.

We offer three categories of offerings:

Custom software development, consulting, implementation, and support services tailored to your business needs.
2.2 Information Products
Digital courses, guides, templates, and other downloadable resources provided electronically.
2.3 Goods
Physical items such as branded materials and printed documentation.
3. Orders and Delivery
Orders for professional services commence upon mutual agreement of scope and timeline. Information products are delivered via electronic download links. Goods are shipped to the address you provide.
4. Pricing and Payment
All fees are stated in your order confirmation. Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon in the purchase process. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Refund Policy
We strive to deliver high-quality offerings. Refund eligibility varies by category:
5.1 Professional Services
Once a service engagement has commenced and resources are allocated, it is non-refundable due to the custom nature of work. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, we will refund any fees for undelivered portions or offer to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
5.2 Information Products
Requests for refunds must be made within 14 calendar days of purchase and before accessing more than 25% of the digital content. Approved refunds are processed through your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
5.3 Goods
Unused goods in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please use our Contact Us form. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged, in which case we will cover shipping. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange within 10 business days.
6. Service Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule professional services up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests within 48 hours may be subject to fees or may not be accommodated. Rescheduled services must be completed within 90 days of the original date.
